List the caller's Jobs

Summaries of the caller’s jobs, newest first: (created_at, id) descending, a total order. The window is the jobs GET /v1/jobs/{job_id} still answers: accepted, not deleted, and not past expires_at — the last 24 hours by default. Older history is in GET /v1/usage. A JobListItem carries no output; read a job’s result with GET /v1/jobs/{job_id}. The list is served from the durable job record and may trail the poll briefly; the poll is authoritative. status and operation repeat (status=queued&status=running); every other parameter appears at most once. Pages are chained with next_cursor, which is opaque and bound to this query’s filters and to the caller: send it back with the same filters (any limit), or the answer is 400 INVALID_CURSOR. An unknown or repeated parameter, or a value out of range, is 400 INVALID_REQUEST naming the parameter. Served only where list endpoints are enabled for your environment. Requires no product scope.
